Deposits are Non-refundable and non-transferable which means if you are booking an appt please be sure of the date and time and book accordingly to refrain from having to pay a new deposit.

valour beauty only works over healthy nail beds with no prior polish, acrylic etc on nails. All nails and toes must be free of all nail products (bare) to be serviced  if you arrive with a prior set that was not preformed by valourbeauty you will be turned away and have lost your deposit. valourbeauty sends out a confirmation email after each booking and wil reach out through text to confirm any and all appts please be sure to provide the right contact info(number) so that the nail artist can get into contact with you if need be.

valourbeauty has a 10 minute grace period at the 10 minute mark your appt will be cancelled no exceptions! no call no shows will result in being Banned from booking.

rescheduling an appt is only accepted 72 hours in advance with a new deposit anything cancelled or rescheduled after the 72 hour mark will require you to reschedule on your end.

 when booking a mani pedi or a pedicure service you must send a clear photo of you feet with no acrylic pr polish on the toe nails at the time of booking to 2281981965 to confirm your pedicure so the nail artist can analyze the overall health of the feet if your nails appear to be too damaged to work on valourbeauty will not be able to service you due to the care of the health of the client. valourbeautyy does NOT work over funguses or severely damaged nails please contact your local podiatrist before inquiring about all nail services. failure to do so will result in Immediate cancellation of appt.
